New York Journal Page Embroidery
I decided to give paper embroidery a go and stitch up a page in my journal before leaving on a trip to...New York!! I was extra careful and didn't rip a bit of the page on my first try. With the help of a little Sunday morning cup of coffee I drew my design with pencil, evenly poked holes for the stitches all the way around, and just started to embroider! I love how it turned out. I can't wait to add a few more embroidered pages to my journal. I love the texture it adds to the page. It is such a fun memory too.
I am so excited to spend a few days in NYC and stay with my awesome friend Danielle. This trip was very spontaneous and I am so excited for some big city adventures. Danielle and I have been Internet buddies for a few years now and I can't wait to spend some "real life" time with her over the next few days.
