Journal Embroidery - A Mint Bicycle
I finished stitching another page in my journal over the weekend. Clearly a mint bicycle complete with a flower-filled basket is on my mind at the moment. I wish my rusty old bike would transform into this stitched version! Actually, I wish I lived in a more bike friendly area. This is the perfect weather for a bike ride around town!
Even though my paper embroidery design has a few tears and warped wheels, I enjoyed practicing these stitches on my bicycle sketch. This journal is filled with so many memories and even more tiny pieces of thread.
I can't wait for the sock yarn I ordered to arrive this week! Along with casting on a new sock pattern, I look forward to working on several exciting projects coming up and enjoying the new week. How are your projects coming along?
